Just a super quick post today to give you a tip on how to keep your grilled cheese sandwich crispy. Here in the Mom’s DIY house we only use real butter. When possible, we make it ourselves! But one thing I really hate when I am making them for everyone: by the time I get to sit down and eat, my sandwich is soggy on one side from the heat and moisture from the steam coming off of the sandwich and condensation that forms on the plate. The solution to this problem is here! Pile your sandwiches up like a tee-pee or a tent! Voila! Instant crispy sandwich…at least for long enough to sit down and eat it!
